    Default How long do they get back to you?

    my account is locked, i got the 1st one ok but the 2nd one no clue what it is >.< so i have sent an email and i was wondering how long till they get back to you?

    Who has this problem and did they sort it out for you?

    It just annoying when they keep saying i had to many attempt try again later.

    It sucks that i cant trade or anything at the moment

    Longest I've seen for it to take is 4 months from first request to end.
    But usually it takes a few days (from start to finish)

    jut about the timespan you take ro quit habbo and forget what it is

    jk they shld reply you within 1 week latest, discounting holidays and weekends. (emphasis on should) good luck on trying to get them to help you get it unlocked!

    Very rare that it ever takes more than 24 working hours for them to respond to a help request for me (not counting weekends0.

    It depends what category it's in I found the Safety Lock category takes at least a few days for them to respond to, but I suppose a lot of people have trouble with it so there are a lot of requests to get through.
