U sure someone with rights hasn't muted u? Normally u would get a pop up detailing what your mute is for. Perhaps it has something to do with zitrones motto and buzz words that auto mute

I was the only one in there at the time I think and I only just got in there. I didn't mute her obviously.

It was definitely a room mute as Matt has pointed out. Your comments weren't at all rude or disrespectful, I'd say take it up with your manager as you're still Help Desk Staff - considering there were not warnings given in the first place (not saying there needed to be, but standard protocol). @Absently; @Kellie;
