Jordanian pilot reported to have been burnt alive in a cage by the Islamic State

    - Video titled 'Healing the Believers' Chests' shows brutal murder of pilot
    - Maaz al-Kassasbeh is filmed being burnt alive while locked in a cage
    - He was captured in December after his jet crashed over ISIS-held territory
    - Jordan has confirmed pilot was brutally murdered by ISIS on January 3
    - White House condemned killing, saying it 'stands in solidarity' with Jordan
    - Jordan spent past few weeks trying to negotiate the release of Kassasbeh
    - But the kingdom vowed to execute all prisoners it is holding in connection with ISIS if the terror group killed Kassasbeh

Mr al-Kasaesbeh had been held hostage with Japanese journalist Kenji Goto who was reportedly beheaded in a video released by the terrorists on Saturday.

The pilot's family have been informed of the news by the head of the Jordan's armed forces.

Absolutely horrific if he has met his fate in that cage, although looks as though Jordan is going to enact revenge very shortly (above).

The Gulf kingdoms should consider upping their military actions in the former Iraq and Syria. Especially air warfare.

    Thoughts?

what a horrible way to die. beheadings and now burning people alive. nothing is off limits to these absolute monsters.
also if he died in january they've been trying to get him released for a month while IS laughed at them.

Sick people in this world that's for sure. Could not imagine how it would feel like being burned alive or even buried alive and have no chance of surviving.

I just managed to find and watch the video and a lot of effort has been put into it as a propaganda piece apart from it being absolutely horrific. That said, he stood there and faced those evil rats face to face as the fire consumed him so he died on his feet rather than on his knees. A true soldier and man.

And the video does show him being buried (whilst burning) by a tractor full of rocks/rubble. I can supply via PM should anyone else want to see the video.

This actually saddens me that this world, with ISIS has gotten out of hand. Prayers are definitely going out to that young man's family.
