There's not a lot of credit to be given to simply remaking a room using the exact same furniture as before. If you like remaking rooms, then try remaking public rooms which don't use furniture in the Builders Club, so that you can make your own interpretation of it using what's available to you. Why don't you try making a room that hasn't already existed before and use your creativity to make it unique!
