well i havent had to write one but 50% of my personal statement was a big fat lie

Nope but when I had much less work experience, I did waffle on a bit more to fill space lol.

No I don't need to lie, I have a pretty good CV but that's not to say I don't stretch the truth in interviews

Nope. Only had 2 full time jobs and I'm at my 3rd. Imo less is better
