When I need to revise for a test/research for the exam, and my laptop is distracting me, I normally go to like a cafe/coffee shop (preferably Costa/Starbucks but they get really busy some times) and take my tablet with me, put it on safe mode so I can't go on social networks and just write down notes, Starbucks smells great as well. I also use noise-cancelling headphones to stop distractions.

it's nice though and it's better then getting distracted at home I'm probably the most easiest person to distract, I also procrastinate so much with doing revision

i listen to the radio, i guess

i think taking ocassional breaks is the answer - satisfy the distractions, then continue working on what you are on

I just pop away into my bedroom and lay all my stuff out on bed and close the door. That's about it really. If I begin getting distracted I know it's time to take a break anyway

I'm a terrible procrastinator mainly cos' researching online is my basis for studying and I have to discuss with my classmates via. Facebook or Viber so I would just block out my distractions with music.

Same as Scott I just don't pay attention to them, but I get annoyed if I'm being purposely distracted. Plus I rarely studied and I did fine.
