What songs remind you of a specific era or event?

For some reason I always remember being in the car at night and we'd just invaded Iraq and I think it was on the news and then this song came on the radio which I really liked and ever since then it has reminded me of the invasion of Iraq. Weird huh.

Any song from the Lion King reminds me of the 9/11 attacks, because that's what the teacher put on when they found out the news so they could leave and all watch the news.

It's not really an event as such, but All I Ever Wanted by Basshunter reminds of the holiday destination I go to every year, they have events on like parades and such so it could come into this lmao.

The song Oops Upside Your Head reminds me of my prom though as it literally got everyone on the dance floor, in prom dresses, sat on the floor doing the moves it was great.
