Birthday Cake Recommendations

Ok so it's my mum's next birthday next month and she really helped me out by saying "surprise me" when I asked her what kind of cake she wanted.

So any cake suggestions would be greatly appreciated x I'm a competent baker and want to go for something more interesting than a simple victoria sponge or chocolate cake. I've been looking at the BBC Good Food website but can't decide because there are SO many
Even if you've never even touched a spatula I'd appreciate any suggestions on what you'd like to eat x

It looks SO GOOD but look at all the ingredients! I can't afford all of those Plus if it went wrong (which is likely because it's so tricky) I'd be screwed.
