Ahh there are so many, but Star Wars sticks out for me in terms of movies. For games, I did quite like the Modern Warfare 2 soundtrack if I'm honest.

My favourite film soundtrack is easily Interstellar right now (but anything with Zimmers name on is always good, including MW2).


My favourite game soundtrack, well if you asked in 2 months and a days time it would probably be MGS V judging by certain previews:

Certainly looking forward to it's release Until then, I can't really think of any one game in particular that isn't MGS so I'll drop a bit of Uncharted as I'm feeling nostalgic.

Looking at my shelf, I would say these have good and memorable soundtracks to me: MGS, Uncharted, MW2, Shadow of the Colossus, Journey, Portal 2, GTA 5 & The Last of Us.
