Looking for an active pixel/graphic artist

Our fansite is doing well with a team now but we only have one pixel as such and I would like to look for a developer too, one who is also talented in javascript. I'm sorry if this post is a hinderence of an inconvenience but we just need to further our team. I'm new to forums so what all these buttons are for are confusing to me so I'll do my best for now but it is difficult. We just wish to have an active team and help, we are appreciative with whatever help we get and not to sound mean but we would like someone relaxed, layed back and understanding and not arrogant and sarcastic. Our upcoming fansite is one which aims to increase equality in the community and make a more pleasant experience for anyone, including all sorts of features .
