But I never said any of that at all lolI don't tend to use coupons as I don't really shop much, but if I had them I would use them. I really love the show Extreme Couponing and they even did a Black Friday special episode which was interesting to show how much people can save depending where they shop and the time they do it.
The thing is Mike, a lot of people assume that because something can be purchased cheaper with a coupon then it's not worth buying at all, like you said pretty much. There are so many coupons out there that give you money off different things and it doesn't necessarily mean they're not worth the amount that you would usually pay because they are. For example, if you go on FreeStuffUK or something you are available to get freebies and vouchers off certain products - you can get yogurts for free for example, and they're good brands like Activia so does that mean they're literally not worth anything?
Coupons are available for high valued items too - like if you put a discount code in online that's similar to a coupon, more of an e-coupon, but just because something is available cheaper doesn't decrease the quality of the product! I understand that's the opinion you have though and I don't want it to sound like I'm calling you up on it, I'm just saying there are a lot of things that are available and not just the rubbish cheap brand stuff.
I meant that the effort to get vouchers isn't really worth it if your main shopping habits are buying things that are already pretty cheap like a newspaper (40p), coke (£1), sweets (£1), McDonalds (£5) etc.
oh god i used to watch those shows on TLCit seems like they put craploads of time and effort into couponing. only coupons i use are for food lmao like mcdonalds taco bell or whatever
xo.
I use lots of £5 coupons that may or may not be actually mine and totally not taken from work.
I then may or may not give stolen coupons to Laura if she ever needs them
Totally legit coupons
Nah, some of them are legit
So yes, I use coupons often
Why would it be embarrassing to use a coupon to save money? If the company is offering a discount you'd be a fool to purposely pay extra when you can save money.I'm watching this program on TV about Extreme Couponing where some people get their shopping for like $13 when it should be like $600 because they use LOADS of coupons. It'd be really embarrassing, but do you think it's worth the savings?
Do you cut and save coupons?

I always do a quick Google when I order things online and normally save a bit - which all adds up to a substantial amount over time.
I got like £30 worth already since their October point offer started. Frigging awesome.

If it's something I want or will need then I will buy what ever is on the voucher at a discounted price. I don't normally just buy stuff cause it's cheaper than normal, I do however use my student discount everywhere I can! I'm in thousands of £ of debt, the least I deserve is £3 off of a t-shirt.
I always get a lot of them through the post and plan to use them but never get round to it.
They only one I really use is dominos![]()
forever the queen.
I never seem to be able to find coupons, and if I do there usually for things I don't need/want. I do use that student discount for mcdonalds though and have been getting petrol for my car from sainsburys since that nectar deal has been on this month.
when i go to a restaurant chain like bella italia or zizzi i will always google before going. they ALWAYS do half price or buy one get one free on mains and you'd be so stupid to not look first lol i always half my bill
obv always take up student discount when available too
Always have courage and be kind
