I have a sleep cycle app that goes off in a good place for me between 7:10 and 7:30am then I have a backup alarm at 8 (the latest I can get up) on a normal weekday for work.

On the weekends I usually have alarm set for 9 but sometimes I do let myself sleep in!

No set time as such since the time I need to go in to university/do stuff in general changes on a day by day basis but the I'll set my first alarm ~1 hour and 20 minutes before I need to leave and my last alarm ~40 minutes before I need to leave and have a couple in between. So if it was a 9am start for university, I need to leave at 8:20ish so I will set my alarms for 7, 7:20, 7:30 and 7:40 (or something along those lines).

Depends on my shift at work. If I'm on mornings(6-2) my alarms set for 4:45, if i'm on afternoons(2-10) I usually set a precautionary one at 12 but usually wake up way before that.

No alarm at the weekend unless I have football or something.

Monday - No alarm because university starts at 1
    Tuesday - Same as Monday
    Wednesday - 7:30am
    Thursday - 7:30am
    Friday - 7:30am
    Saturday - 10:30am
    Sunday - 8am

I have university and work the same time each week so those alarms are pretty much set in stone. With Wednesday - Friday, I rarely wake up and go at that time so they are set just for the sake of it.
