Ok i might be wrong but this is what i think happend , i think he went to a Habbo Hotel that had a pillar e.g france , spain or wat eva and he took a screenie , if you have not noticed when you go on Habbo Hotel's with different language your habbo still speeks in English but the rest dont . So he blancked out other peoples text simply because it was a different language
But what i am tryin to say is

Its from a English speaking hotel as the 'Ask to be Friend' and that is in English.
However it could still be from another hotel, your quite right.
