Scrunch.
This was a massive debate I had in the first year of uni, the guys in my friends flat went around the whole building getting answers. I didn't realise it was such a strange thing tbh.

I didn't even know scrunching was a thing! I've always folded! Idk how you would have sufficient grip and proximity when scrunching. Surely there is greater chance of missing the target?!
