Ah right yeah fair enough. I hate doing anything at home because of comments (not even necessarily negative). The only way I can keep any real "motivation" is usually watching TV, i.e. taking my mind off the actual exercise. At the end of the day regarding weight, food/calorie consumption is the most important thing to factor and speaking from personal experience, I wasn't able to escape the overeating habits until I no longer permanently lived at home.
Thyroid issues are literally the only thing I could think of and it's not a whole lot from what I've read.
Baby steps indeed, anyway.

Also I've tried numerous before but it's incredibly hard to keep yourself motivated when you're on your own in a room all the time. I would love a buddy who wants/needs to lose weight as well and we could team up and work together but I don't actually know anyone who's up for that.
