long journeys

I turn on music and just enjoy watching everything moving by. Idk if it's weird but I can do that for hours with just me and my mum in the car, chatting sometimes, singing along to the music sometimes, and just doing whatever. It's really nice

I either take my tablet or my laptop, most of the time when I take my tablet, I make a hotspot on my phone so I can watch netflix on my tablet but it eats my data

music is the best for long trips - aka flying for 14-16 hours you get sick of movies after awhile

I smoke and respond to my emails, I do most of the driving so it's not usually an issue.

Used to go on long train journey when my sister was living in Dorset so i just took my laptop and some films to watch but we would end up just eating to past time. we had a lot of changes as well so a lot of the time we would be spending hours just sitting stations so we got to people watch which is a great past time. only time ive been in a long car ride has been with little kids so we would play a lot of games (and they wouldn't leave you alone either until they fell asleep) I spy is a great game.

i usually just read a book, take a sketchbook and do rough one-line drawings or listen to music
