wheres to best place to level when low?

Not too sure im only around lvl 30 but i just find fight pokemon which im super effective against then just 1/2 shot them.

How do i defeat the psychic gym?

ive only defeated misty need to grind now to beat surge. any good grinding spots near lt surges gym?

Is surge the electric guy? Get a diglet or a sandshrew and level them up in diglet cave

For the electric gym I recommend you find a Geodude and level him up to a Graveler, then trade to someone on here and they'll trade back and you've got yourself a Golem. That's what I did and it was great

And I can't remember anywhere to grind for the gyms now I remember I just did a hell of a lot of fishing and got through millions of magikarp

I DID IT! I thought I'd lost but it turns out I had Gengar and I'd completely forgotten about him!!!
