Yeah it was announced army bomb squad was scrambled a while ago.

Not sure on the pipes etc as no-one else is reporting it other than that he's claiming it. Everyone thinks their source is 100% tho so will see what police release

Oh it actually was a bomb, I thought maybe they were just being super cautious (understandable) but if it's actually a bomb, jeez good thing it was seen.

I do love some of the jokes on twitter about it though lol. "Staff found a suspicious package and now they're going to pass it sideways for 90 minutes"

If it is a bomb (and it can be detonated), one would have thought it would go off pretty soon? Unless it's a ring the phone style detonation, in which case it could be done at any time.

Someone from work took the weekend off and flew up to Manchester yesterday for the match today, I imagine he'll be a bit peed off now!! At least someone noticed it before anything serious happened
