What exercise have you done today?

A simple question what exercise did you do today? Could be a fair bit of walking around town, gym, swimming: anything.

Today I walked around town a bit and then later on just prior to sunset did around 8 to 10 miles cycling along the canal to the docks with 3 friends.

How about you?

I went for an hours walk tonight. Just around and about, not far haha.

I walked to the car, I walked from the car to Asda, I walked from Asda to the car, I walked from the car to my house.

I then walked to the kitchen and bathroom multiple times.

Been at work for 5 hours which involves being on my feet all the time in a restaurant so I'll take that.

I walk around the city everyday to get out of the office for a bit, takes about an hour

I was at work for four hours so it was basically going up and down the shop on my feet! I get to do that for 8 today (I'm up at 6 to be in work for 8am, but I can't sleep for some reason) then I'm on my feet for 11 hours on Saturday and another 7+ Sunday, so it's not technically exercise, but at least I'm moving about a lot.

Oh actually, I walked to work so that will count towards it - it's a mile to work as well so at least I did something .

If I'm in work, I do 10k+ steps every day, but I actually went to the gym last night for the first time ever. It was weird

I walk around 10,000 on an average day during my commute - I don't do much other than that though! I would like to start running again but my feet can't cope with it at the moment
