Ok. On an average, The number of people who played habbo is around 8000 or over (not accurate). Most people who use the Habbo Help tool e-mail habbo like 40 times over one issue. I'd think that around 2000 or over out of those 8000 players e-mail habbo expecting a reply straight away. Remember, they are moderating and updating there web page and hotel alot. I've used the Help Tool once over a credits issue but I got the reply straight away. Don't think e-mailing them 20 times in a day will get it answered quicker. Your just filling up their inbox making it harder to get to your problemThey stink because they cannot accept their problems and the email will be answered in a few weeks times if they bother answering them.
Ok. That point is right. They did try to mask the problem and come up with witty reply's. No other corp does that. Microsoft for example tackle the problem head on and apologise for what had happened.One reason why they stink as a business. Most businesses take in any kind of critisizm, Habbo merely lies, like that Hackings
.and they do not answer emails the best that they can get
