last check up in February but went back in April to get a new mouth guard as i snapped my old one oops. next check up is in August. i only see the dentist for check ups 2x a year but i like to get my teeth cleaned and polished. my teeth/gums are in good health but they are a bit chipped from grinding my teeth

dentists NEVER bothered me until my wisdom tooth was coming in and it was rly sore but she kept trying to clean it n it hurt

Just asked my mum who says I'm well overdue for an appointment, last one was probably nearly a year ago? About to go book one now!!

I need to keep asking about my front teeth as they are getting really chipped lately cos they're so weak

I should make another one soon because there's one tooth of mine that chipped and is hurting whenever something hits it
