I go every 6 months and it always scares me how quickly it seems to go in before you go again!

check up every 6 months i think

and i book myself for cleans. so i think i get my teeth cleaned like 3 or 4 times a year

I haven't got mine checked for over a year at this point which is really bad and I don't have an appointment until December I'm slightly paranoid my teeth are in shit at this point.

I last went two weeks ago because I had super bad tooth ache
and then before that it was last summer but it wasn't a UK dentist, it was a foreign one which I went to because I wanted to fix a chip
and before that I never had a check up or anything since 2014

but since I went back the dentist said my teeth were bad

Last dentish check up was 3 years ago HAHHAHA.
I don't have anything wrong with my teeth or cavities so i'm just fine.
I don't know how am i going to survive when my wisdom teeth come out and i might have to pluck them out

hate the dentist just cos of the sound they make and the smell ahhhh
last went in august though and thjeyll ring when i next have an appt.
