What are your xmas plans?

We haven't got our rotas yet, the manager's done them, but he's hid them lmao. I did ask him if we had 2 of the days off like last year (so either Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) so I should have 2 of them off. I'll be really annoyed if I'm working all 4 though, I refused to do it the other year especially since some got them all off.

This year though will be different, it's usually just my parents, me and my sister, but my boyfriend and hopefully my sister's boyfriend will be spending Christmas with us too. My boyfriend hasn't had a proper Christmas in years so I really want to make it special for him, with a proper dinner, gifts, spending time with a family which he hasn't been able to do.

I finish work for xmas on the 23rd and then I'm off until the 4th of Jan as I've booked some time off to make it a nice break. As for xmas day, I have a lot of family coming so it'll be quite full on with my sisters kids running riot.

I normally just spend time with loved ones i believe on boxing day I'll go see my niece as I wont be seeing her during the christmas period due to work.

Christmas is awesome these days as I don't work! Back when I used to work I ended up often working Christmas eve, boxing day and New Years Day etc! Now I'm a student it just means going home and spending 6 weeks (yes six weeks holiday OMG) at home with the family

Going to be helping out in my Brother's sweet shop and my Sister in Laws Card/Balloon shop a lot over December though I feel, so that will keep me busy!

Christmas eve my band will be playing at Morrisons like usual which is always super festive, then I'll probably help out in the shop, go home and do all the usual Christmas prep, watch some Christmas films etc!


This year it's our turn to host on Christmas day (we take it in turns), so my Brother's family will be coming over and I get to prepare the buffet! FOOD POISONING FOR EVERYONE!



I'm even more excited about NEW YEAR though AS IM GOING TO LONDON ON NEW YEARS EVE TO SEE STEPS PERFORM LIVE AT HEAVEN WHICH ARE MY FAVOURITE BAND OF ALL TIME WHICH IS INCREDIBLY EXCITING!!!!!!!
