I get really hot when I go to bed?

When I go to bed, I get really hot, and I hardly ever have the quilt on me. So usally I sleep on the floor because my mum doesn't allow me to put the fan on my bed. The question I really wanna know is... Why do I get so hot that I have to sleep on the floor :s

I had cross country today so i was burnin. Would be worse if it was rainin though Hm, Try like windin down before you go to bed like reading a book or something then when you go leave a window open and sleep in thin clothes / nothin (not being perverted) :rolleyes:

lol same with me, my dad is too cheap to turn on the air conditioning sometimes, so I take my bed cover and lay it on the floor and I sleep there for like 15 minutes until my bed is cold again and I go back :p

what oyu ate or drink before going to bed

your activities during the day

what you do 3 hours before going to your bed ?

what you wear when you go to bed?

and what you drink before bed time ?

review all of theese
