I reccommend www.freeservers.com
There are add-ons which you can pay for but you can just stick with the free one. With the free package you only get 12 MB web space but that was enough for me since mine was only about 1MB.

If you want a really easy to use free host, use bravenet ( http://www.bravenet.com )
you'll then get a website thats www.SITENAME.bravehost.com - but you could use a .tk portal, so then it'd be www.SITENAME.tk
bravehost was the first host I ever used, and looking back, it's very easy to use.
It gives you tons of free templates, tons of services you can use (like forums, voting polls, guestbooks, photo albums, counters) and tons more.
