What hurts more than you expected?
Hitting your small toe on something. Who could have guess this peanut sized thing could cause my entirely body to shiver in pain for 10 minutes.

I agree with walking into something, that always hurt and I've had quite a few bad bruises on my leg from where I've walked into the end of it. Paper cuts too, I tend to get them a lot at work and while some don't hurt, some sting so much considering how small they are.
