This'll be the 4th one.
I've only seen the first one but I'm getting the feeling that they're just using a similar story line where this woman goes and helps people being haunted/possessed/whatever. It's something they could drag out for a few movies but hopefully they won't, I enjoyed the first one and I wouldn't want them to keep creating average movies that ruin it.
