LOL I'll turn twenty three aswell, you are not alone, man. I don't think I'll ever "feel old" like it is usually said among the supposedly older people because everything I got in my head is placed in a way that they never get "saturated" enough to bring a sense of nostalgia or similar so in some extent I was thirteen like last week in spite of the overall experiences and traumas that have made me wiser and more sensible than the 13yo me.

I'm kind of looking forward to that, though. The great majority of the people I have/had a special bond with were, coincidentally, 23, I believe this is a sort of stage where ....something happens
