Have you had any experience with a personal trainer?

In the last few months I have put a bit of weight on.

I have been going to gym but I am not getting any results.

So im thinking about getting a personal trainer.

Do you do this as a job?

Did you get any results?

I know PT's and have done like group PT but not one-on-one.

Far too expensive for one-on-one PT, like £30 an hour

£30 yikes its expensive aswell if you go through a lot of pain...

I was a personal trainer for a few years, I loved it. Getting people healthy and into shape is an amazing thing to do.
