Years and years ago I had an interview for NatWest, I can't remember the role I went for. There were two people interviewing me, and at the beginning one of the guys started explaining to the other how to interview someone...

The penny dropped that I was somesort of test run! Immediately felt pretty rubbish and little, I stumbled over all the questions.. and they ended it by asking me to do a role play where they pretended to be an awkward customer. I felt like such a joke.

Couldnt wait to get out of there. Urgh!
