I really want to get on a bit of a health kick when gyms start to re-open and work on my fitness levels so I'm not looking for more healthy meals I can make. I love to cook stir fry's but I've not as of yet found a decent sauce or learnt to make my own yet but that's something I'm gunna work towards perfecting it.

been getting decent at curries and also been doing stirfry for lunch fairly often recently as that's quick and tastyyyyy. Does feel good to have food done from scratch, but definitely takes time - I'm slowwww at the prep too so even more than it should
