I mostly do savoury dishes at the moment being on chef side, but when I was doing the pastry sides of things I was always creating vegan goodies for the vegan cafe I used to work in! The most recent sweet thing I made was a raw/refined sugar-free/gluten-free lamington slice!
Maybe one day soon I'll post up a thread of some other stuff I've created!
