Damn you get a lot of sleep.

On average I go to bed at like 11pm and wake up about 6:30am

I have insomnia and struggle with winding down after work , so I can drift off around 1am or 2am then I can be up for 5am - 7am for a long shift. The weekends I can have a lie in so that's progress.

If I'm on the morning shift for work I try go to bed around 8-9 and then I'm up at 3:30am. If I'm off then I'll get up between 8-10 (don't like to sleep any later as normally I'm in early the day after) and then if I have a later shift I try and get up 2 hours before my shift starts, but it doesn't always work. Unfortunately if I have a few days off together or have loads of lates then go onto an early then I'll struggle to sleep for the early shift. For example, I had a week off work and my first shift back was today (5am start), I managed to sleep at 23:20 and then up at 3:30, but went to bed around 7:30pm.
