Hey, here are my latest rare values

Disco Sign: I still feel the Disco Signs are being traded for slightly less then their value. I have seen them traded quite a lot of times at around 0.8 CS

Throne Sofa: Over the last few days, I have seen the throne sofa traded quite a lot at 4 CS

Majestic: In the last few days, I have seen the Majestic being sold/bought for slightly then its current rare value, so I would estimate the value of the Majestic at 5.3 CS

Throne: In the last day or so, I have seen the Throne being traded for a very mixed value. Some people may buy/sell a throne for 18 hcs, whereas others might do a completely different price. However, judging by the trades I have seen being done in the last few hours, I would place the value of the throne at 19 CS
