How do you check if a person has multiple alts on habbo?

I've seen people say "hey, aren't you that one guy sonicred8?" And was wondering how they knew this information about my alt, is there a software or website that determines this?

It'd be interesting to see what accounts were linked to an email but that'll be private so I very much doubt anything like this exists.
