20 Years :o

August marked 20 years since I joined HabboxForum which is mental to think about. I've been fortunate to have some time off recently, spent a lot of it traveling but also reflecting - while much of Habbox is a blur it was definitely a very formative part of my teenage years and even as I look to my career and who I am today, there's a lot that happened on this forum. I remember in college when I started managing a team they were very curious why it seemed like I had done it before

Some incredible memories, I have to go see if I can dig up chatlogs because I think that's where some of the hilarity lies. But probably the coolest memory is still spinning up the HxSS for the first time (for some reason that I don't remember the specifics of, we did it all very quickly and it went from idea to reality <2 weeks - I'd love to dig up that thread from the staff archive if anyone knows where it is.) But just remember that everyone really rallied and felt like one big team to make it happen.

Any other oldies around and have favorite memories from the old days? Would love to take a trip down memory lane

Congrats Nvr! I remember having Skype calls with you and some others one year for HxSS if I remember correctly haha. Time has flown.

well done mate, it's incredible to think - when you cast your mind back to those times, it seems only yesterday! So much has changed in our own lives and on here, but at the same time it hasn't. It's really bizarre. That's age and time I guess. On a personal note, I will always be grateful for your stint as GM when you were incredibly fair, open-minded and sought to heal old wounds on all sides. 'Fair' is what I think when I see your name. Kudos to you and a lovely legacy that I'm sure many would share the same opinion of.
