If you wish to use any of these rooms ask in the events chat on discord for the rights or the room owner at the hotel/discord.
If you accidentally break or eject anything from a room, be sure to contact the room owner and let them know.
Mistake happens, and owner will understand
Room owners have the right to remove rights from anyone.

In that case, you can ask other event staff or GM's if they have a room that can be used. Or make your own
