My best mate has recently become very depressed, i don't know why and it is worrying me a bit, she cuts the wrists a bit, its more like scratches though and she has also threatend to hand/drown herself. Anyone have any ideas how i can try and cheer her up a bit.

It's extremly hard to kill yourself you know you have to be on a ultimate all time low. Take her out to take her minds of things or talk to her and ask what's wrong etc...

You need to sit down and talk to her, ive been depressed and for a few days a month i will be. All i wanted was someone to talk to. It really helps!
