ok log onto www.habboxforum.com/modcp and on left hand side toolbar there is something that says forum manager clik on this and scroll down till u see your forum (at the bottom) and if you would like to add a password click edit password which should be next to ur sub forum..

There is 2 boxes 1 with that in..and theres one above it called announcments in announcments there is a link called forum manager click this and then find your forum at the bottom...
