Whhen i try to log out it doesnt work. it just goes back onto my name. can u please tell me how to accaully log out?

Do you mean hitting the log out button on the orange bar near the top? (The links bar).
It should clear your cookies but maybe it doesn't. If you did click that button and it didn't work, go to Tools, then Internet Options, then Clear Cookies.
