You make one. On your cpanel or whatever, you can make your own mysql database. Some machines have pre-made mysql that are the same as the username and pass to login to your machine (cpanel etc.) But maybe, some machines that I don't know have mysql bases that title themselfs phpMyAdmin. Yes, if you are using cpanel, goto mysql and set up and acount first then in options *i think* then change pwd or its in the drop down menu sorry havent used cpanel for a long time
