Okay i got this brown **** on my neck and i think its dirt. It wont come off or anything cuz i take a shower everyday and scrub mi neck real hard and i think some of it comes off but it keeps comin bak! any suggestions..? and dont say take a shower cuz i do!

Take a shower..
Get one of those sponges with the sc****y stuff on and sc**** your neck under hot water.. OR get an ice sc****r
I suggest getting some on a tissue and smelling it, to find what it really is xP

Its dirt happened to my cousins and a lil bit of me. Put wet on ur neck and gently sc**** it with ur nails lol
