It does seem unfair that the lower status players don't recieve as good a service as players with a higher status. But Goodluck to Nykie, he does deserve it, afterall, even though he has had most of his thrones since the start of the game, hes probably spent quite a bit of money towards the furni hes got.
They have to refund him, if they didn't it might be classed as a con and serious action could be taken.
