Slayer, worth it?

You're 70 combat and you gona raise slayer to 85? Id love to see you kill some hard dragons. Like 105 of steel dragons or iron ones I'd love to watch that. You can't just raise slayer like 50 levels like that ;/ it takes alot of time to raise it but yes it's worth it.

He wont get steel dragons yet...i'm slayer level 56 and i'm only just starting to get bronze dragons, and only 17 of those.
By the time he reaches that level, his combat will be way higher.

Yes what 80 maybe? and he'll need ages to kill 100+ steel dragons for example. Low slayer monsters don't give that much xp to att/strenght/defence.

You need to use mele with bronzr dragons, i tried maging them, it's impossible.

Trust me, it won't help
Firstly, there's no real place to mage them, the only place is behind a mushroom (or something), but their fire breath still reaches you AND wild dogs still attack you.
It's far easier to melee them, 6 levels of magic is not going to help.

Range?

There's still that problem of nowhere to range, and the firebreath still reaches you, so if you don't have an anit-firebreath potion, you'll die, because you can't even use the shield with range.
Your best bet is to mele them and use prayer, you'd be bale to kill them now, anyway, I saw a level 68 killing bronze dragons yesterday, he seemed to be doing fine...eating a lot though

Um even if you'd hit something off them, you'd hit very little with 75 range and I'd still take ages ^_^ sorry, I thought you use melee.

and ye forgot like Ras said, you can't use sheild with range ;/

You can use a sheild with range

Just hold darts and them weild the sheild

And that lvl 68 must of had better melee sats than me....Look in my sig!
