Did you hit it? And is it on your lower right ?
If so it could be your apendix.

I say just rest for a few days and dont strain it etc

If its like extremely unbearable, you could have grumbling appendix, i had that i was in tears. I would recommend going doctors, because if its grumbling appendix, it could progress to worse things. But it can be many things.

Go to doctors to be sure =)
