It'll just be something none-tradable given out by a NPC. They stopped doing tradable drops in I think 2003?

A: Holiday drops were stopped after the "Halloween 2003 Debacle." A great deal of people complained about not getting a Halloween Scythe, and Jagex decided not to have another item drop after that.

That's what I got off a site. Plus, all the items untill 2003 where tradable.

Yea I just went to look but that's weird coz I joined January 2003 and I never got the chance for any of the drops :s

personally i think they will make a halloween random event where the grim reaper asks u to tag souls like the easter one and if u win u get like a grim reaper cloak or hood or syth or like a pumpkin mask

they amde drop items on holidays in classic, then ppl switched them to rs 2,btw ssricky theres already a sythe

all the masks prices will go up alot untill the nxt day
no one knows if they will but in a char that will give out items or not if so the item will not be tradable this is for sure
they do not always give items away on event days :\
oh yeah i kno the masks and pumpkins will go up alot this is for sure
reason on x mas the santas went u alot from 200k to5-8m then they dropped the nxt day to 2m den started to go up slow again.

Your right on some thing wrong on others, the masks will go to like 20-25mil for the set I'm thinking, and think about it, they did a christmas one and an easter one, the possiblitys of them doing a halloween one is about 75%, if there is an item there is a 99% chance it will be untradable, due to the stupid messages they got from previous years E.g. "I didn't get a drop can you give me one????????????? "

I am gonna send them a message with an idea for a drop item now
