Well yeah, I've got the 2 Crest Peices, and now on the last one.

I've killed this level 170 Chronozon monster, and he only drops bones.

I'm using the spells on him but why no crest as a drop?

Yes, the spells did do damage, and they are Blast Spells.

You have to use all 4 blast spells to kill him off

I used all the spells, Earth Blast, Fire Blast, Water Blast and Air Blast.

They all did damage, and I only used them once..

Do I need to take both of the other crests or the crests and some other items?

Use all blasts at the start of the fight then all blasts after use fire to get it down

I first used air, earth, water then kept using fire and it worked..
