SHOUTcast Radio Server

i av 1 of these free shoutcast radio servers for my website but i dnt av the server downloaded on my computer the radio owner does but i want it on my computer but everytime i download it this is wat happens: i open the shoutcast server then find out my ip and type in http://myipaddress:thedefaultport and it dosent work im confused does any1 no wat is ron?

00.000.00.000

or

00.00.00.000
??? important to know !

00.000.00.00 wat does that mean lol

ah then it won't work. server only connects on ip adresses that looks like
00.000.00.000

well how I found out?
easy , my ip was first a 00.00.00.000 and I downloaded server but radio never wanted to connect. One day my internet broke and when it was back , my ip changed and I checked it and it was a 00.000.00.000 ip adress which worked on the server !

so that's when I noticed that a 00.00.00.000 ip don't work on server :p
i tested it 2 . I let my m8 downloading the server and he has a 00.000.00.000 ip. and my other m8 who had a 00.00.00.000 ip did the same.. and It didn't worked .

lol long story but hey at least I found out :p
