IP Banned ^_^ Need to get past

Not sure if this is against the rules or not-I got safety banned on habbo and some idiot IP banned me-Could someone tell me how to get past it and if you say something like a proxy where to get it from?

There are some scripting programs but if i was you i wouldnt script.
theres a non-scripting way where you go on to command prompt and enter this code but i cant rember the code .

There's a way of course, but the only way that is 'legal' is to use the Habbo Help Tool and wait for a response.

Actaly its perfectly legal to roatate your ip by any method, or use a proixi "/ most high speed isps, roated the ips automaticaly anyway
