I love The Used so much, but I cannot stand that song.

The reason- Hoobastank. I dont love hoobastank, but some stuff is okay. Anyway, this song isnt that bad, but it is so overley played its insane. Over and over again. Kinda got me mad. Running away (I think thats what its called) is really good though.

I liked it for the guitar, otherwise it wasent great. It kinda went crazy for:

1. SOAD hadent come out with a CD in 4 years, so once the only song that was avalible was out, all SOAD fans had to get it.
2. Music stations over played it because of the politics in it. MTV and VH1 go crazy over that kind of stuff.

Im STARTING to hate basket case by green day because of everyone who thinks they listen to that one old green day song over and over, they will be a "true" green Day fan because they like their old stuff too. Over played is all. Good song, but not the best on Dookie. "She" is probably my favorite, either that or "Sassafrass Roots" or "Burnout"

I hate the people who listen to new green day and werent even aware there was an old green day. I told 3 people who didnt know that "time of your life" was a green day song, they didnt believe me:rolleyes: Its annoying. And it seemed to happen with only this new CD. With Warning, everyone liked or at least knew about old green day, now all of a sudden green day is a new band to everyone:rolleyes: It isnt happening as much now because the new green day fans have figured out they arent new, but the first few months people went insane over how great that NEW band green day is.

Yeah I remember when American Idiot came out and some dude came up to me and said "have you heard that new band Green Day?"
I was like, wha new band?
Then it all died down for a bit until Wake Me Up When September Ends was released and everyone was all over Green Day again.

And yeah, I love the song time of your life. And like when it was played at school in this assembly thing once my friend wouldn't believe it was Green Day, I was like :|
